Getting The Most Out of SupervisionSupervision is not a natural skill for the supervisor, and likewise, it is not a natural skill for the supervisee.
We provide a half day workshop to help supervisees develop skills and understand their responsibilities to get the most out of supervision. This includes a shared understanding of the organisation’s approach, as well as to learn not only what they should bring to supervision, but also how to be an active participant in the reflection process. |
