This typically commences by a review of both the culture and practice around supervision, the service delivery context, the clinical and support needs of the client group, and the resources available to support the strategy.
Development of policies, procedures and forms can also be provided if necessary.

Supervision Delivery

For those organisations where internal support for supervisors is not available, we can provide individual (in person or by skype), or group supervision, where the learnings of the workshop can be reinforced as well as being applied to challenges in their real life situations.
